Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Account Director to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions
• Write job adverts, conduct CV searches, and headhunt candidates
• Screen and match candidates to client roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Leverage marketing initiatives for candidate attraction and client engagement
• Use data and insights to track performance and improve outcomes
• Build and maintain exceptional client and candidate relationships

Requirements

• Strong and proven permanent recruiting experience
• Sales-driven mindset
• Experience in recruiting marketing, digital, creative, and tech sectors preferred
• Staffing/Recruiting Agency experience
