Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities.
• Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one year, preferably 2+ years, of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment
