Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $100-130k per year.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
• Identify potential candidates and represent the client in the marketplace
• Validate candidates through reference and source calls
• Prepare candidate presentations and reference reports
• Communicate effectively with team members and keep them updated on search developments

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, or strategy consulting
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
