Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates using various methods including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interview coordination.
- Maintain organized applicant tracking records and provide updates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with interview teams to develop interview guides and evaluation criteria.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
- Attend networking events and job fairs to attract diverse talent.
- Support recruiting operations and stay informed on market trends.
