Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new IT contract staffing opportunities
• Analyze market trends and hiring patterns to craft targeted business development strategies
• Engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, and referrals to expand the client base
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to deliver tailored staffing solutions aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and talent acquisition strategies
• Maintain long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers
• Expand service offerings within existing accounts by identifying additional project needs
• Contribute to team success by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices for business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles, preferably in agency settings
• Comprehensive understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends
• Proven ability in cold calling, outreach, and follow-up to generate leads and secure agreements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
