Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll tax compliance across all U.S. jurisdictions
  • Ensure timely deposits, filings, amendments, and year-end reconciliations
  • Partner with Payroll/HRIS to validate taxation of fringe benefits
  • Lead payroll tax audits and manage relationships with ADP
  • Support the quarterly tax provision process (ASC 740)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3 - 5+ years of U.S. tax experience
  • Understanding of multistate payroll rules
  • Experience supporting state income/franchise tax filings
  • Exposure to tax provision (ASC 740) concepts

Skills & Tools
