Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar workers

Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience in recruiting for the defense industry
• Direct sourcing experience using professional networks and social media
• Customer-focused background
• Professional-level proficiency in English
