Responsibilities

• Oversee technical administration of Talent systems and technology platforms
• Support Talent technology including applicant tracking and performance management systems
• Pull data, build reports, and update configurations
• Investigate and resolve data or system inconsistencies
• Develop materials for users and administrators

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a professional services firm preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong business acumen
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management systems is a plus

Additional Information

Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. The role requires commuting to the office 2-3 days per week.
