Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire highly skilled finance and accounting professionals
• Meet weekly interview metrics based on skillset matrix needs and growth goals
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
• Provide ongoing communication and career development for Full-Time Engagement Professionals
• Develop and maintain client target lists and pursue new client relationships
• Generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews
• Match Full-Time Engagement Professionals with client’s staffing needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources or related fields
• 3+ years finance, accounting experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment
• Prior success marketing to and building relationships with C-level and manager level decision makers
• Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce

• Salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, negotiable based on experience
