Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base for full-time placement solutions
• Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates
• Interview candidates to assess skills and work history
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
• Resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development

Requirements

• 2+ years of business to business development experience
• Experience in an IT related field preferred
• Proven closing skills
• Ability to build client relationships
