Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to contractors throughout their assignments
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Payroll, Legal, Recruitment, and Account Management
- Support contractors from onboarding to off-boarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-clients
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Assist with incident management and HR issue escalation
Requirements
- Experience in administrative, HR, or customer service roles
- Ability to understand and deliver business processes
- Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task
