• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
• Manage recruitment processes across key areas with a focus on direct sourcing and diversity
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies using innovative, data-driven approaches
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Maintain KPIs and ensure data integrity in reporting
• Provide market insights regarding candidate availability and salary conditions

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in reporting and data interpretation
• Ability to design innovative recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in both French and English
