Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems.
• Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Interpret and analyze data to identify important trends and measure performance against goals.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively audit data and help improve data quality.
• Coach and support more junior reporting analysts.
