Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems.
- Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Interpret and analyze data to identify important trends and measure performance against goals.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively audit data and help improve data quality.
- Coach and support more junior reporting analysts.
Skills & Tools
Data reporting experience
Strong Power BI or other BI Tool experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
Additional Information
This position is a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract based in Poland.
