Responsibilities

• Build and develop client relationships through the recruiting process
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Engage with stakeholders and update them on requisition statuses
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a talent pool

Requirements

• Significant recruitment experience in RPO, agency, or in-house environments
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
