Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored Total Rewards solutions
• Support clients in preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Deliver job analysis and grading projects
• Advise on transparent pay frameworks and decision-making logic
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Facilitate workshops with senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Deep experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
• Experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and career architecture
• Consulting or professional services experience in Total Rewards or broader HR topics
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields
