Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Operations professionals
• Drive operational rigor and scalable infrastructure for recruiting
• Own the recruiting tech stack and partner with Tech Enablement
• Manage headcount planning and governance
• Oversee end-to-end interview operations and scheduling
• Scale core recruiting programs and define success metrics

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in talent/recruiting operations
• 3+ years managing high-performing teams
• Experience supporting a large, complex recruiting organization
• Deep expertise in recruiting systems and tech stack ownership
