Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Operations professionals
- Drive operational rigor and scalable infrastructure for recruiting
- Own the recruiting tech stack and partner with Tech Enablement
- Manage headcount planning and governance
- Oversee end-to-end interview operations and scheduling
- Scale core recruiting programs and define success metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years in talent/recruiting operations
- 3+ years managing high-performing teams
- Experience supporting a large, complex recruiting organization
- Deep expertise in recruiting systems and tech stack ownership
