Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new business
  • Build and manage relationships with hiring leaders and key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Drive all aspects of the consultative sales process including prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiations, and account growth
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to align candidate submissions with client needs
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2–5+ years of new business development experience in technology staffing (ERP preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
