Responsibilities

• Drive Interim solutions in a people-led context
• Support the mobilization of interim professionals into public sector roles
• Work closely with consulting and commercial teams to convert demand into delivery
• Ensure the right capability is deployed to meet client needs
• Build a scalable offering and improve tracking and reporting on performance

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, HR, workforce solutions, recruitment, or interim/contract environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Commercial awareness linking pipeline, utilization, and delivery
• Confidence working with data
