Responsibilities
- Drive growth of the executive talent network and execute growth strategy
- Engage with potential interim talent and manage their onboarding
- Conduct interviews and competency assessments for client-specific needs
- Collaborate in creating interim talent profiles and presentations
- Support marketing activities and assist in special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred
- Five or more years in executive search, professional services, recruitment, or similar experience preferred
- Experience in life sciences or investor-backed healthcare preferred
