Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Communicate progress of weekly activity/goals
- Develop new business with existing clients
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
Requirements
- 2-4 years of healthcare sales experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
