Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
• Communicate progress of weekly activity/goals
• Develop new business with existing clients
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of healthcare sales experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
