• Researching companies and developing target lists
• Identifying potential candidates from various online and proprietary tools
• Participating in business development meetings and supporting executive search projects
• Managing candidate records in the proprietary Client Resource Management (CRM)

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis) is a plus
