- Conduct performance management and coaching for team members
- Analyze metrics and report to senior leadership
- Ensure team adherence to SLAs and metrics
- Forecast resourcing needs and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain data integrity and audit team metrics
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Leadership experience in RPO or staffing industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases
