Responsibilities
- Work closely with industry recruiters to design the candidate experience
- Schedule interviews for Stripe candidates
- Create and manage an internship program for global interns
- Communicate with candidates to guide them through interviews
- Greet candidates and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly
- Plan industry recruiting events and coordinate logistics
- Improve administrative processes for a seamless recruiting experience
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Scheduling, coordination, or event-planning experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of people
- Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles
