Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout various aspects of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients by scheduling interviews, including travel arrangements.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and feedback is received.
- Document, track, and maintain records and the status of engagements in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop tools and solutions for recurring client requests and suggest process improvements.
- Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone and email.
- Manage, review, and send HR and recruiting-related correspondence and documents.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of project management, administrative experience, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Candidates must have experience organizing and managing their own workload with attention to detail and urgency to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
