Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to understand business priorities and talent needs
• Own the performance management cycle and advise on performance feedback
• Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze data for action plans
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Expertise in performance management and employee relations
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree required
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) a plus
