Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive recruiting for leadership roles
• Source, screen, and assess executive-level candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Coordinate and lead interview processes
• Manage advanced offer negotiations
• Create and refine executive-level job descriptions
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the process
• Utilize applicant tracking and CRM tools

Requirements

• Proven executive recruiting experience
• Experience managing complex offer structures
• Ability to recruit across multiple disciplines
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in structured, process-driven environments
