Compensation

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $50k to $70k annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
• Present strong talent for open positions
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections and recruitment processes
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain reports

• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies
• Strong time prioritization skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency

Additional Information

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
