Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections and recruitment processes
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system data and reports

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
• Experience with competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and ATS
• Experience with pharma or life sciences preferred
