Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs to candidate placement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the business services industry. Source and screen candidates to match client requirements. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies. Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process for successful placements. Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the business services industry.
