Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client base for full-time placement solutions
- Source, screen, and qualify potential IT candidates
- Interview prospective IT candidates to assess skill set and work history
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain client relationships
- Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
Requirements
- 2+ years of business to business development experience and/or working in an IT related field
- Strong desire to build a career in business development
- Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships
