Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients and gather essential information
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
• Evaluate potential candidates and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Present candidate pools to clients and draft memos and documents
• Manage knowledge flow regarding candidates and search progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree desirable)
• 2-8 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Understanding of healthcare and organizational dynamics
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to evaluate candidates using evidence-based assessment
