Recruiting Manager, Locums

Compensation

The pay scale for this position is anticipated to be $48.08 to $60.09 per hour, equating to $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and assist with issues.
• Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed metrics.
• Utilize reporting to guide decision-making in meetings.
• Foster a positive work environment and address team concerns.
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining a recruitment desk.
• Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with team members and clients.
• Utilize strategic thinking to solve challenges and drive improvement.
• Set and track goals with the team to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing
• Direct experience managing a recruitment team in Locum Tenens
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
