Compensation
The pay scale for this position starts at $48.08 to $60.09 per hour, equating to $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions.
Responsibilities
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and assist with issues
- Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed metrics
- Utilize reporting to guide decision-making in team meetings
- Communicate expectations clearly with direct reports
- Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining a recruitment desk
- Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments
- Foster positive relationships and collaboration within the team
- Set and track goals with the team to ensure alignment with company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing
- Direct experience managing a recruitment team in the Locum Tenens staffing industry
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
