Recruiting Manager, Locums

Compensation

The pay scale for this position is anticipated to be $48.08 to $60.09 per hour, equating to $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiter performance and coach high-performing teams
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs
• Utilize reporting to guide decision-making
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining a recruitment desk
• Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints
• Discuss and track goals with the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing
• Direct experience managing a recruitment team in Locum Tenens
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
