Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates
• Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to create targeted recruitment strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector
• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and technologies
• Coordinate with leadership to assess and meet hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience
• Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and staffing solutions
• Proven ability to perform cold calling and follow-ups effectively
