Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US
• Understand and work on client requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites
• Meet required metrics in an aggressive environment

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in US Staffing
• Good understanding of IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Pharma terminology
• Graduation or undergraduate with 2 years of relevant experience
