Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates/job seekers
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through calls and meetings
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals
• Document all candidate conversations for reporting
• Represent Addison Group professionally in all interactions

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Competitive spirit
