Responsibilities

• Develop a commercial strategy aligned to Korn Ferry’s healthcare priorities
• Drive client opportunities within the for-profit healthcare sector
• Ensure execution of assignments and excellent client service
• Build relationships with key Korn Ferry partners
• Identify potential opportunities outside of the channel

Requirements

• Professional experience within a retained search environment focused on healthcare
• Experience conducting senior-level searches (Director, VP, Senior VP, C-suite)
• Strong market knowledge and relevant client and candidate network
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
