Responsibilities
- Lead and expand strategic alliance relationships across EMEA
- Build and execute joint go-to-market motions with partners including SAP and Qualtrics
- Enable Korn Ferry sales teams to identify, position, and progress partner-led opportunities
- Develop compelling joint propositions that connect Korn Ferry’s talent IP, data, and solutions with partner platforms
- Increase partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and enterprise deal scale
- Strengthen Korn Ferry’s position within partner ecosystems, operating rhythms, and stakeholder networks
Requirements
- Significant experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong background in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Demonstrated success in building scalable sell-with and sell-through motions
- Proven ability to influence outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations
