Responsibilities

  • Provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates and client staff at an assigned on-site account.
  • Interact with customers to evaluate and assess staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain active recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
  • Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet customer headcount requirements.
  • Write job postings to support recruitment needs.
  • Maintain social media activity to support recruiting and engagement.
  • Evaluate and interview applicants, performing required screening.
  • Match talent to suitable jobs or departments for the on-site customer.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources
