Responsibilities
- Provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates and client staff at an assigned on-site account.
- Interact with customers to evaluate and assess staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain active recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
- Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet customer headcount requirements.
- Write job postings to support recruitment needs.
- Maintain social media activity to support recruiting and engagement.
- Evaluate and interview applicants, performing required screening.
- Match talent to suitable jobs or departments for the on-site customer.
- Process applicants in the company system, maintaining documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources
Skills & Tools
Full-cycle Recruiting
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
HRIS or PeopleSoft
