About this role
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for summer associates.
Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal networks, and recruitment agencies to source top talent.
Organize and participate in on-campus interviews and recruitment events to attract prospective candidates.
Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Collaborate with the human resources team to support onboarding and integration of new hires.
