Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers during implementation to shape solution design
• Lead customer-facing discussions to help customers understand options and risks
• Translate complex healthcare workforce needs into actionable recommendations
• Build understanding of platform data flow and validate customer data
• Support complex customer integrations and validate integration logic
• Contribute to implementation documentation and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, solution consulting, systems analysis, or a similar role
• Experience with UKG / Kronos advanced scheduling
• Knowledgeable in healthcare workforce management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience supporting integrations and data workflows
