Compensation

Pay Rate $74,500 - $88,500, dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain workforce analytics and reporting for HR and business stakeholders
• Support operational workforce decision-making through timely analysis of staffing, productivity, and workforce metrics
• Analyze historical workforce data to identify patterns and support workforce planning activities
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and time-sensitive business questions
• Partner with HR COEs and business teams to understand reporting needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience
• 1-3 years of Workday experience in analytics, reporting, or data analysis
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools
