Responsibilities
- Manage Permanent hires across the Front Office recruitment team
- Act as the initial point of accountability for business-aligned vacancies
- Provide strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders
- Engage with Hiring Managers and obtain feedback through each stage of the process
- Manage the offer process in partnership with the Direct Recruiter
Requirements
- Demonstrable direct recruitment experience with multinational businesses
- Experience working at Recruitment Partner level in the Banking Front Office
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
