Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end search recruitment to meet client expectations
• Develop and execute a targeted relationship and account development strategy
• Grow client base through new business prospecting
• Manage the end-to-end executive recruiting process
• Communicate professionally with client companies regarding job specifications
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
• Document all recruiting activities in the FGP database

Requirements

• Three to five years of business-to-business sales experience
• Industry expertise and recruiting experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling and networking
• Superior knowledge of recruitment processes
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
