$80,000 to $105,000
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research to map the executive talent landscape.
- Assist Consultants in developing position specifications and focused search strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire life cycle of the search.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience is required.
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
- Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is strongly preferred.
