Responsibilities

• Develop a network and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct business development to establish new client relationships.
• Source and qualify candidates for mid-to-senior and executive level positions.
• Coordinate the interview process and negotiate offers.
• Provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
