Responsibilities

• Develop a network and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Engage with potential and existing clients to identify hiring needs
• Negotiate service agreements and manage client communication
• Identify and engage top candidates through various sourcing methods
• Manage the recruitment process including interviews and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies or early career positions
• Experience in a sales environment, typically amounting to two years
