Compensation

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Market services to prospective customer companies and develop business relationships.
• Achieve two to three permanent placements per month based on defined quota.
• Solicit job orders from customers and consult with management to identify personnel needs.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for permanent placement openings.
• Negotiate rates and terms with customers and ensure agreements are executed.
• Develop recruitment programs and maintain a network of contacts for sourcing candidates.
• Prepare applicants for interviews and provide feedback post-interview.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of staffing experience
• Knowledge of employment law
